CPCA - Canon Common Peripheral Controling Architecture

CPCA is a protocol unique to Canon that incorporates DPA’s (Document Printing Application ISO-10175) abstract concept and expands to the management of peripheral devices including the printer. CPCA’s original objective was not the printer but to enable a standard management of the devices connected to the network.
